If you have any doubts about your rights and obligations resulting from the acceptance of this agreement, consult a legal attorney in your jurisdiction. Desirable Dream Online is a subsidairy of Rite-Putt LLC a company registered under the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S. and is fully licensed and regulated by the laws of the State of Delaware for the purpose of operating it's business on the Internet under the name: Desirable Dream Online. Desirable Dream Online reserves the right to change this agreement from time to time. The Contestant is responsible for consulting the website and/or the help line. The Contestant accepts and agrees to abide by both the terms and conditions of this agreement, as amended from time to time, and the rules of the win a dream sports car. Desirable Dream Online uses the best methods available today for the encryption of the user name and password information, and any other delicate information transferred to and from the client application and Desirable Dream Online servers, thus securing the Contestant and Desirable Dream Online against manipulation attempts by a third party . CONTESTANT REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES: Any staff member of Desirable Dream Online, Rite-Putt LLC or any of it's subsidiary companies are disqualified from entering win a dream car competition. Any staff member of Desirable Dream Online's, advertising agency or advertising agent are disqualified from entering win a dream car competition. The Desirable Dream Online win a dream car competition is directed only towards contestants who by the laws of their home jurisdiction are not prohibited from such competitions on the Internet. It is impossible for Desirable Dream Online to determine the state of the law in every jurisdiction around the world on an ongoing basis. Therefore, the Contestant accepts sole responsibility for determining the laws that apply in his/her jurisdiction. The Contestant is responsible for any consequences that may transpire as a result of his/her not determining the legality of Internet competitions in his/her jurisdiction. Commercial use of the Desirable Dream Online is strictly forbidden. The Contestant will enter only for private and non-professional purposes. Before entering, the Contestant is responsible for verifying the laws on Internet competitions which govern the place where the Desirable Dream Online contestant is resident. The Contestant fully understands the rules of win a dream car competition and the procedures involved in Internet competitions. If the Contestant is given a User-ID, Password and PIN number. The Contestant is obliged to keep his/her User-ID, Password and PIN number secret and confidential. The draw for win a dream car is performed by specially designed random generator software, which has been developed to execute the winning draw fairly and impartially. The Contestant accepts all outcomes of the draw results which will be published on Desirable Dream Online's web site, emailed or SMS'ed to the winning contestant. The Contestant fully accepts and agrees that Desirable Dream Online's random generator software will determine the outcome of the Competition. The Contestant is fully aware of the fact that there is the risk of him/her not being the winning entrant. If the winning entrant resides in a left hand drive country, a left hand drive car will be shipped. If the winning entrant resides in a right hand drive country, a right hand drive car will be shipped. The winning entrant will be given the option of either accepting the dream car prize, or taking the equivalent amount in cash. All Charities that Desirable Dream Online donate to, are registered charities that have been approved by the country, state, province or canton and are regulated by the government, state or province agencies. The Contestant hereby accepts that Desirable Dream Online reserves the right to limit and/or refuse the Contestant entery. Desirable Dream Online - 2004. The software is protected under applicable copyright laws. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights remain with Desirable Dream Online, including images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music and text. Copying, redistribution or publication of any of the content or part of the content of Desirable Dream Online's web site is strictly prohibited. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the name "Desirable Dream Online" remain with Rite-Putt LLC, as the case may be. Each Contestant may enter the competition as many times as the Contestant may wish and is not restricted to the number of entries. By entering the win a dream car competition the contestant hereby ascertains that he/she has fully read and understood the above 'terms and conditions' and so agrees to be bound by them.
